The invention relates to the technical field of Internet of Vehicles, in particular to an intelligent management method and system based on the Internet of Vehicles technology, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a first passing feature value through a scheduling system according to first vehicle feature data of first unloaded vehicle number information; and meanwhile, the scheduling system obtains a second passing characteristic value according to second vehicle characteristic data of second dumper number information, calculates an ideal passing threshold value of the dumper according to the first passing characteristic value and the second passing characteristic value, and sends a scheduling instruction to the dumper according to the ideal passing threshold value of the dumper. In this way, unified scheduling management can be carried out on the unloading trucks going to the warehouse and the unloading trucks going to the unloading point, and the goods taking route and goods delivery of each unloading truck can be adjusted in real time, so that automatic monitoring management can be carried out on unloading truck transportation in a factory area; and the cargo transportation route and the cargo taking route of the multiple unloading trucks are reasonably planned, so that factory congestion is avoided, and the transportation management efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及车联网技术领域,特别涉及一种基于车联网技术的智能管理方法及系统,本发明中调度系统根据第一卸货车编号信息的第一车辆特征数据来获取第一通行特征值,同时调度系统根据第二卸货车编号信息的第二车辆特征数据来获取第二通行特征值,通过第一通行特征值和第二通行特征值计算得到卸货车理想通行阈值,根据卸货车理想通行阈值向卸货车发送调度指令,这样可以实现对前往仓库的卸货车和前往卸货点的卸货车进行统一调度管理,对每个卸货车的取货路线和送货进行实时调整,从而可以实现对厂区的卸货车运输进行自动化监测管理,对多个卸货车在运货路线以及取货路线进行合理规划,避免造成厂区拥堵,提高运输管理效率。
