According to the road ponding monitoring early warning and linkage control system, a ponding fluctuation prediction algorithm is innovatively put forward, real-time processing, calculation, analysis and decision making are carried out on ponding water level data on the edge side, prediction and grading judgment of the ponding situation are completed, and corresponding information control strategies and information issuing schemes are adopted according to the ponding grades. A traffic signal control system and an information issuing system are autonomously linked, so that temporary traffic control of a waterlogged road section and warning prompt for a driver are realized. And meanwhile, related data can be synchronously transmitted back to the monitoring management platform, so that managers can conveniently monitor the ponding condition in real time, obtain alarm information and take emergency management measures. The system has the advantages of early warning in advance, quick response, autonomous management and control and the like, can effectively reduce secondary disasters, and strives for a precious time window for emergency disposal.

    本发明提出一种道路积水监测预警与联动控制系统,创新性地提出积水涨落预测算法,在边缘侧对积水水位数据进行实时处理、计算、分析和决策,完成对积水态势的预测和分级判定,并依照积水等级采取相应信控策略和信息发布方案,自主联动交通信号控制系统和信息发布系统,实现对积水路段的临时交通管制和对驾驶者的告警提示。同时,相关数据会同步回传至监控管理平台,便于管理人员实时监控积水情况,获取告警信息,并采取应急管理措施。本发明具有提前预警、快速响应、自主管控等优势,能够有效降低次生灾害,为应急处置争取宝贵时间窗口。
