本发明公开了高承载性油气悬架机构,涉及油气悬架技术领域,包括具有外缸体、活塞杆、活塞、凸型座、固定法兰的油气减震器、第一散热组件、第二散热组件;所述第一散热组件、第二散热组件通过输油组件与联动组件相连通,并通过联动组件与外部冷凝器相连通。本发明通过设置第一散热组件对外缸体进行冷却降温,通过第二散热组件对活塞杆102进行冷却降温,使得油气减震器在运行过程中,外缸体内部的油温与活塞杆能够保持较低的温度,提高油气减震器的减震稳定性与使用寿命;另外第一散热组件、第二散热组件内部的冷却液循环动力来自于活塞杆,利用活塞杆的伸缩动力来实现冷却液循环流动,减少外部动力驱动件的设置,达到节能的效果。
