Active accurate and efficient control of the pothole plate can be achieved, the structure is effectively simplified, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the device has the advantages of being simple in structure, accurate in control, high in stability and reliability and the like.

    本发明涉及作业机械技术领域,提供一种剪叉车、剪叉车坑洞板机构及控制方法,剪叉车坑洞板机构包括:坑洞板、驱动器、检测器和控制器,坑洞板分别设置于剪叉车的底盘两侧,坑洞板的第一端与底盘铰接;驱动器的固定端与底盘铰接,驱动器的驱动端与坑洞板的第二端铰接,用于驱动坑洞板转动,使坑洞板在水平位置与竖直位置之间切换;检测器用于检测剪叉车的作业平台高度;控制器分别与检测器和驱动器电连接,用于响应于剪叉车的升降指令,在作业平台高度达到预设值的情形下,控制驱动器驱动坑洞板转动。本发明可以实现坑洞板的主动式精准高效控制,有效地简化结构,降低制作成本,具有结构简单、控制精准、稳定可靠性高等特点。
