The invention belongs to the technical field of port overpass frame monitoring, and discloses an intelligent overpass frame monitoring system and control logic, and the system comprises a monitoring module which comprises lock head monitoring modules which are arranged at the joints of a container and an overpass frame and are used for monitoring the connection state of the container and the overpass frame; the lock head monitoring module is in electric control connection with an indicator lamp group, the indicator lamp group is provided with two lamps which are respectively a red lamp and a green lamp, and the indicator lamp group is symmetrically arranged on the overpass frame; the monitoring platform is in wireless connection with the monitoring module through a mobile network; the lock head monitoring module is used for monitoring the state of a lock head switch of a port overpass frame and displaying the state of the lock head in the form of an indicating lamp group to remind field operators of safe operation.

    本发明属于港口过高架监测技术领域,公开了一种智能过高架监测系统及控制逻辑,包括:监控模块,所述监控模块包括锁头监测模块,所述锁头监测模块设置在集装箱与过高架的每一个连接处,用于监测集装箱与过高架的连接状态;所述锁头监测模块电控连接有指示灯组,所述指示灯组共有两个灯分别为一个红色和一个绿色,所述指示灯组对称设置在所述过高架上;监测平台,所述监控平台与所述监控模块通过移动网络无线连接;使用锁头监测模块对港口过高架的锁头开关状态进行监测,并将锁头状态以指示灯组形式显示,提醒现场操作人员安全操作。
