The invention discloses a clamping jaw mechanism for butt joint limiting of a multi-rotor aircraft and a working method of the clamping jaw mechanism. In the process that the multi-rotor aircraft descends to make contact with the clamping jaw mechanism, the short arm end of the clamping jaw mechanism clamps an undercarriage of the multi-rotor aircraft through the gravity of the multi-rotor aircraft; and after the multi-rotor aircraft descends to a certain height, the clamping jaw mechanism is attracted by the electromagnet to be fixedly connected with the connected aircraft, so that butt joint limiting of the multi-rotor aircraft is guaranteed. When the aircraft needs to take off, the electromagnet is disconnected to enable the magnetic attraction effect to disappear, and the multi-rotor aircraft can rise through the lift force of the power mechanism of the multi-rotor aircraft so as to be separated from the clamping jaw mechanism. The docking problem that the aircraft deflects unstably within a certain margin is solved, it is guaranteed that the small rotor aircraft and the connected aircraft can stably land and be recovered through the clamping jaw mechanism and the electromagnet under the condition that the flight attitude is unstable in the complex bumpy environment, and then stable re-flight can be achieved in the complex scene.

    本发明公开了一种用于多旋翼飞行器对接限位的卡爪机构及其工作方法,本发明的多旋翼飞行器在下降接触卡爪机构的过程中通过自身重力使卡爪机构短臂端卡住多旋翼飞行器起落架,在下降一定高度后通过电磁铁吸附卡爪机构来使卡爪机构与被接入飞行器的固联,从而保证多旋翼飞行器的对接限位。当飞行器需要再起飞时,电磁铁断开使磁吸作用消失,多旋翼飞行器能通过自身动力机构的升力上升,从而脱离卡爪机构。本发明解决了一定裕度内飞行器偏转不稳的对接问题,保证了小型旋翼飞行器与被接入飞行器可以在复杂颠簸环境中在飞行姿态不稳的情况下通过卡爪机构和电磁铁实现稳定降落回收,而后又可在复杂场景下实现稳定复飞。
