The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle undercarriage for geographic information surveying and mapping, which comprises a mounting plate and frame rods fixedly mounted below two sides of the mounting plate, and mounting holes are formed in the mounting plate; a rectangular shell is fixedly mounted at the bottom of each frame rod; and a shape taking mechanism is embedded in an opening in the bottom of the rectangular shell, and a buffering assembly is arranged on the upper portion of the interior of the rectangular shell. The device has the beneficial effects that the shape taking mechanism is arranged at the bottom, in the landing process, the shape taking mechanism makes contact with the ground, the device automatically adapts to and adapts to different ground flatness conditions, the requirement for landing under the conditions that outdoor ground is hollow and the ground is not flat during outdoor geographic information collection and shooting is met, and the landing stability is guaranteed; and after being applied to the ground, the buffer assembly is used for buffering to avoid falling impact.
