The invention discloses a method for preventing water from entering a stern tube during ship undocking, which is characterized in that a first pipeline is mounted at a lower oil inlet of the stern tube, a second pipeline is mounted at an upper oil outlet of the stern tube, and when a half ship is undocked, gas with certain pressure is introduced into the stern tube through the first pipeline, so that a sealing ring III can be tightly pressed on a stern shaft; in the half-ship undocking process, even if seawater enters the second cavity, the seawater cannot enter the stern tube through the third sealing ring; a third pipeline is connected to the lower port of a second cavity between a second sealing ring and a third sealing ring of the stern tube rear seal, and a fourth pipeline is connected to the upper port of the second cavity, so that the sealing performance of the first sealing ring and the second sealing ring of the stern tube rear seal can be judged by observing whether seawater flows out of the tail end of the third pipeline or not in the half-ship undocking process; the purpose that seawater does not enter the stern tube when a ship is undocked is achieved, and meanwhile the sealing performance of the stern seal is detected.
本发明公开了一种在船舶出坞时防止艉管进水的方法,通过在艉管的下进油口安装第一管路、上出油口安装第二管路,半船出坞时,通过第一管路向艉管内通入一定压力的气体,可将所述Ⅲ号密封环紧紧压在艉轴上,半船出坞过程中即使海水进入到第Ⅱ腔室,也不会通过Ⅲ号密封环进入到艉管内;且通过在艉管后密封Ⅱ号密封环与Ⅲ号密封环之间的第Ⅱ腔室的下端口连接第三管路、上端口连接第四管路,在半船出坞过程中,通过观察第三管路的末端是否有海水流出可以判断出艉管后密封I号密封环和Ⅱ号密封环的密封性,在实现船舶出坞时海水不进入艉管内的目的的同时,也实现了艉密封密封性能的检测。
