The torque of the nut and lead screw assembly is released, torsional plastic deformation of the anti-rotation sleeve can be avoided, the hidden danger of lead screw breakage is eliminated, long-time stalling of the brake motor is prevented, and the reliability of the electromechanical hydraulic servo brake system is improved.

    本发明涉及车辆制动技术领域,公开了一种压力控制单元及机电液伺服制动系统,丝母处于常规状态,丝母与止动件之间的扭矩小于预设扭矩,丝母可轴向移动;在丝母与止动件之间的扭矩增大至不小于预设扭矩时,丝母切换至过载状态,单向过载旋转单元使防转套筒能够相对于防转法兰周向单向转动,止动件将丝杠转动的扭矩传递至丝母,丝母将带动防转套筒相对于防转法兰周向单向转动,对丝母丝杠组件的扭矩进行释放,不仅能够避免防转套筒发生扭转塑性变形,还消除了丝杠断裂的隐患,防止制动电机长时间堵转,提高了机电液伺服制动系统的可靠性。
