The independent liquid cooling terminal comprises a terminal body and a connecting piece connected with the terminal body in a matched mode, the tail end of the terminal body is used for being connected with a cable, a hollow inner cavity extending in the axial direction is formed in the terminal body, a water inlet hole and a water outlet hole which are communicated with the hollow inner cavity are formed in the side portion of the terminal body, and a partition piece is arranged in the hollow inner cavity. The first flow cavity and the second flow cavity are communicated with each other. The connecting piece comprises a hollow main pipe body, a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are communicated with the main pipe body, the main pipe body is arranged outside the terminal in a sleeving mode and connected with the terminal in a sealed mode, the water inlet pipe, the water inlet hole and the first flowing cavity are communicated to form a water inlet waterway, and the second flowing cavity, the water outlet hole and the water outlet pipe are communicated to form a water outlet waterway. According to the invention, the connecting piece is directly sleeved with the terminal to realize the communication of the water inlet waterway and the water outlet waterway, so that the cable and the cooling waterway are completely separated and do not interfere with each other, the assembly efficiency is improved, and the use safety is ensured.
本发明揭示了一种独立式液冷端子及充电枪,包括端子和与之配接的连接件,端子的尾端用于连接线缆,端子的内部形成轴向延伸的中空内腔,其侧部开设有与中空内腔相连通的进水孔、出水孔,中空内腔内置有一分隔件,并被分隔件分隔成相连通的第一流动腔和第二流动腔;连接件包括中空的主管体和与主管体相连通的进水管、出水管,主管体套设于端子的外部,二者之间密封连接,且进水管、进水孔、第一流动腔三者相连通形成进水水路,第二流动腔、出水孔和出水管三者相连通形成出水水路。本发明将连接件与端子直接套接,来实现进水水路和出水水路的连通,使得线缆与冷却水路之间完全分隔开,互不干涉,提高装配效率,并保证使用安全性。
