A cooling flow channel cavity for containing cooling liquid is further formed in the supporting part. The controller assembly has two cooling modes, the shell can be cooled through the cooling liquid when the power assembly is started, and the shell can be cooled through the refrigerant when the power assembly works normally after being started, so that the shell is in a cooled state all the time, the cooling effect of the controller assembly is improved, and the service life of the controller assembly is prolonged. The problem that the controller assembly cannot be started or is burnt down due to the fact that the starting temperature is too high under the high-temperature condition is solved or avoided, and therefore the reliability of the controller assembly is improved.
