The invention provides an air supply unit shell which comprises an upper shell body and a lower shell body, a heat dissipation plate is arranged on the outer side of the upper shell body, a mounting support is connected to the inner side of the upper shell body, and an air supply unit is connected to the side, away from the upper shell body, of the mounting support; the lower shell is connected with the upper shell, and the installation support and the air supply unit are enclosed in the lower shell. A part of heat generated in the operation process of the air supply unit is dissipated by the column body of the mounting bracket through the polyurethane vibration reduction block, and the residual heat passes through the shell through the end part of the mounting bracket and is transmitted to the heat dissipation holes of the heat dissipation plate to be transmitted outwards, so that effective heat dissipation is achieved; a polyurethane material is used for replacing an original first-stage spring suspension system, the structure is simplified, the structural sealing performance is improved, and meanwhile the noise reduction performance and the heat dissipation effect are improved.

    本发明提供一种空气供给单元壳体,包括上壳体以及下壳体,上壳体外侧设置有散热板,上壳体内侧连接有安装支架,安装支架远离上壳体的一侧上连接有空气供给单元;下壳体连接上壳体、并将安装支架和空气供给单元围合于其中。本发明通过将空气供给单元运行过程中产生的热量由安装支架的柱体经过聚氨酯减振块消散一部分,剩余热量则通过安装支架端部穿过壳体将热量传递到散热板的散热孔向外传递,从而达到有效散热,本发明利用聚氨酯材料替换原来的一级弹簧悬置系统,简化了结构,并提高了结构密封性,且同时改善了降噪性能和散热效果。
