A protection circuit and protection method for a battery interface of a plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a flight control unit and a battery interface, the battery interface is electrically connected with a controller after passing through a battery voltage detection circuit, the controller is electrically connected with the flight control unit after passing through a flight control unit voltage detection circuit, and the controller is electrically connected with the flight control unit after passing through a booster circuit. And the controller is connected with an electric coil of the double-pole double-throw relay through a switching circuit. Whether a battery is inserted into the plant protection unmanned aircraft or not is judged through the battery voltage detection circuit, then the voltage of the aircraft flight control unit is detected through the flight control unit voltage detection circuit, and when the voltage of the flight control unit is lower than a certain value of the battery voltage, charging work of a flight control unit parasitic capacitor is completed through the booster circuit. And after the voltage of the flight control unit is equal to or close to the voltage at the two ends of the battery, the double-pole double-throw relay is closed, and the battery supplies power to the flight control unit of the aircraft through the relay, so that the current flowing through the battery connector can be minimum, and a battery interface of the plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle is prevented from being burnt out and corroded.

    一种植保无人机电池接口的保护电路及保护方法,包括飞控单元和电池接口,电池接口经电池电压检测电路后与控制器电连接,控制器经飞控单元电压检测电路后与飞控单元电连接,控制器经升压电路后与飞控单元电连接,控制器经切换电路与双刀双掷继电器的电线圈相连。先通过电池电压检测电路判断有无电池插入植保无人飞机,再通过飞控单元电压检测电路检测飞机飞控单元的电压,当飞控单元电压低于电池电压一定值时,通过升压电路完成飞控单元寄生电容的充电工作,直到飞控单元电压等于或接近电池两端电压后,将双刀双掷继电器闭合并使电池通过继电器给飞机飞控单元供电,这样可以使流过电池接插件的电流最小,防止烧坏、腐蚀植保无人机的电池接口。
