The invention discloses an active traffic control method and system for a highway construction period, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a plurality of construction organization schemes of a target highway construction period in advance, carrying out the traffic operation simulation, and generating and issuing an optimal construction organization scheme of the construction period; collecting traffic operation data of a target expressway in a construction period in real time, extracting and fusing the traffic operation data of a preset time window to generate traffic flow state data, and predicting a future operation congestion point according to the traffic flow state data by adopting a congestion study and judgment model; historical traffic flow data and vehicle track data of the operation congestion point are obtained, statistical analysis is carried out, and traffic congestion factors are determined; and based on the deduction model, performing model deduction on preset management and control measures and the traffic jam factors, and determining and issuing a management and control scheme with an optimal management and control effect according to a deduction result. According to the invention, through cooperative control of construction management and control and real-time traffic active management and control, the operation and maintenance capability of the highway in the construction period is effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于高速公路施工期的主动交通管控方法与系统,包括:预先获取目标高速公路施工期的多个施工组织方案,进行交通运行仿真,生成并发布施工期的最优施工组织方案;实时采集目标高速公路施工期的交通运行数据,提取并融合预设时间窗口的交通运行数据生成交通流状态数据,采用拥堵研判模型根据交通流状态数据预测未来运行拥堵点;获取运行拥堵点的历史交通流数据和车辆轨迹数据,进行统计分析,确定交通拥堵因素;基于推演模型,将预设管控措施分别与交通拥堵因素进行模型推演,根据推演结果确定并发布管控效果最优的管控方案。本发明通过施工管控与实时交通主动管控的协同控制,有效提高高速公路施工期的运维能力。
