According to the invention, a parking charging scheme of real-time parking space prediction and dynamic adjustment can be provided, and a vehicle owner is guided to go to a parking lot with many unoccupied parking spaces for parking.

    本发明涉及停车管理技术领域,尤指一种基于信息化监测的智能停车控制系统,包括:云端服务器和若干停车服务器,若干停车服务器分布在不同的停车场,云端服务器与停车服务器通信连接;停车场在一天的不同时间段执行不同的停车计费方案,同一时间段不同的停车场执行不同的停车计费方案;停车服务器用于将停车场的停车数据实时上传给云端服务器;云端服务器用于:基于停车场的基本信息数据、历史停车数据和当前停车数据,计算停车场下一个时间段的空余车位预测值;根据计算出的空余车位预测值,调整每一个停车场下一个时间段的停车计费方案。本发明能够提供实时的停车位预测和动态调整的停车计费方案,引导车主前往空余车位多的停车场停车。
