Namely, according to the vehicle-mounted laser radar measurement method, the target height of the vehicle-mounted laser radar is determined by acquiring the intersection information, and the vehicle-mounted laser radar is lifted according to the target height, so that the vehicle-mounted laser radar performs point cloud data acquisition on the intersection after the vehicle-mounted laser radar is at the target height to improve the integrity of point cloud data acquisition.
