The invention relates to the field of parts of submarine blow-down systems, and discloses a manually-adjusted constant pressure difference blow-down valve. In the dynamic balance state, the elastic force of the adjusting spring is equal to the sum of the elastic force of the auxiliary spring and the pressure of the second piston cavity. The liquid pressure received by the upper part of the first piston is equal to the elastic force of the main spring plus the pressure at the piston of the rear cavity of the main valve; and the medium pressure intensity of the second piston cavity is the same as that of the rear cavity of the main valve. The pilot valve is arranged as a sensitive element to amplify a signal of the hand wheel, so that the pressure adjusting range of the rear cavity of the main valve is expanded; moreover, the pressure of the valve outlet communicated with the rear cavity of the main valve is continuously adjustable, the blow-off pressure of the valve outlet can be adjusted according to different submergence depths of the submarine, and proper blow-off air supply pressure can be selected. By adopting the constant pressure difference blow-off valve, the air supply pressure and blow-off speed for blow-off of sewage are reduced, the amount of compressed air discharged out of a board is reduced, and vibration of a blow-off pipeline and transient noise of blow-off can be effectively reduced.
