The invention provides a debugging method for a full-width electric emergency safety device of a virtual rail vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of rail transit. 15 relays are arranged and are respectively connected with a maintenance cover plate electromagnetic lock, electronic locks on two sides of a full-width door leaf, an extension circuit, a retraction circuit and a retraction in-place monitoring switch of an electric push rod of an electric door opening mechanism, and an initial position monitoring switch and an extension in-place monitoring switch of a drawer mechanism; the electronic lock of the rising and lying mechanism and the in-place detection switch are electrically connected with the electronic locks on the two sides of the evacuation ramp, comprehensive function debugging of all the structures is achieved, in the function debugging and judging process of all the structures, whether the states of other structures are reasonable or not is observed, all the structures can be coordinated and matched in the debugging process, and the debugging efficiency is improved. Therefore, coordination debugging of functions of all the structures is achieved, the problem that in the prior art, after the structures are independently debugged to be qualified, actions still interfere with one another in the subsequent use process is solved, the debugging method is more perfect, and the safety of the vehicle is further improved.

    本发明提供了一种虚拟轨道车辆全宽式电动应急安全装置的调试方法,属于轨道交通技术领域。本发明通过设置15个继电器并分别与检修盖板电磁锁、全宽门扇的两侧电子锁、电动开门机构的电动推杆的伸出电路和回缩电路以及回缩到位监测开关、抽屉机构的初始位置监测开关和伸出到位监测开关、起卧机构的电子锁以及到位检测开关以及疏散坡道上的两侧电子锁电连接,实现了对各结构的综合功能调试,在各结构功能调试判断过程中,观察其他结构所处状态是否合理,使得调试过程中各结构之间能协调配合,从而实现对各结构功能的协调性调试,避免了现有对各结构单独调试合格后在后续使用时仍出现动作相互干扰的问题,调试方法更完善,进一步提升了车辆的安全性。
