The invention provides an intelligent flat conveying robot forklift and an intelligent logistics loading and unloading system and method. The intelligent flat conveying robot forklift comprises an intelligent platform pallet fork, a heavy-load robot, a pallet fork plane conveying bed, a pallet fork internet of things and a robot forklift control system. The two intelligent platform pallet forks are symmetrically arranged on a top panel of the heavy-load robot in parallel, the upper surfaces of the rail type pallet forks of the two intelligent platform pallet forks are located on the same horizontal plane, and the parallel distance between the upper surfaces of the rail type pallet forks is the standard distance of forklift loading and unloading holes in the bottom of a standard digital logistics box or a standard digital tray or a standard digital container. The pallet fork plane conveying bed is arranged on the two sides and the middle of the two pallet forks, and the upper horizontal plane of a conveying roller of the pallet fork plane conveying bed is higher than the upper surfaces of the rail type pallet forks in the non-rising state. Under the unified command and management of the intelligent loading and unloading center master control system, the multiple intelligent flat conveying robot forklifts conduct cooperative intelligent operation under the control of the robot forklift control systems of the intelligent flat conveying robot forklifts.
