The invention discloses a suspension lifting rope guide wheel device and a using method thereof. The suspension lifting rope guide wheel device comprises a pulley support, a left end pulley and a right end pulley. The left end pulley is installed on the inner side of a left notch of the pulley support through a left end pulley pin shaft, and the right end pulley is installed on the inner side of a right notch of the pulley support through a right end pulley pin shaft. A translation movement mechanism capable of translating on the upper plane of derrick angle iron is mounted on the bottom surface of a bottom plate of the pulley bracket; a fixing structure used for being installed on derrick angle iron is arranged at the left end of the bottom face of a bottom plate of the pulley support. The derrick hanging wheel overcomes the defects that after an existing hanging wheel penetrates through a hanging rope, a steel wire rope rubs a derrick, and safety accidents are prone to being caused, the derrick hanging wheel is installed on a derrick second-layer platform, a fixing support at one end of a guide wheel sleeves second-layer platform angle iron, and the other end of the guide wheel is installed on the upper plane of the platform angle iron. Therefore, the safety of the lifting rope is improved.
本发明公开了一种悬挂吊绳导轮装置及其使用方法,包括滑轮支架、左端滑轮、右端滑轮;所述左端滑轮通过左端滑轮销轴安装在滑轮支架左槽口内侧,所述右端滑轮通过右端滑轮销轴安装在滑轮支架右槽口内侧;所述滑轮支架的底板底面安装有能在井架角铁上平面上平移的平移运动机构;所述滑轮支架的底板底面左端设置有用于安装在井架角铁上的固定结构。本发明克服了现有吊轮穿吊绳后钢丝绳摩擦井架,容易造成安全事故的缺陷,它安装在井架二层平台上面,导轮一端固定支架套住二层平台角铁,另一端安装在平台角铁上平面,利用导轮支架两端的滑轮支撑吊绳,与井架不产生摩擦,从而提高吊绳的安全性。
