The invention provides a passenger elevator bottom anti-collision system and application. The passenger elevator bottom anti-collision system comprises an anti-collision module. By designing the guide speed reducing mechanism, the elevator body is limited by the rolling wheels, the limiting plates and the balls in the running process, the elevator body can stably run on the sliding rails, the guide effect on the elevator body is achieved, the position of an elastic threaded ring in an arc-shaped groove can be adjusted by rotating the elastic threaded ring, and the safety of the elevator is improved. The distance between the balls and the elevator sliding rail is adjusted, stability is improved, when a dangerous case happens and fast falling or top rushing occurs, airflow pushes the limiting plate to move and compresses the elastic threaded ring, then the static friction force between the groove and the round block is increased, the rolling wheels are braked, the falling speed of the elevator body is reduced, and safety is improved. The guiding speed reducing mechanism can be used for guiding and limiting the elevator body and can also be used for reducing the falling speed of the elevator body no matter falling or top rushing occurs in the dangerous case of the elevator body, and the functionality is high.
