The invention discloses a manual rotating speed control device for a ship propulsion motor, which consists of a potentiometer, a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and a ship propulsion motor controller, and is characterized in that a contact and an identification ring for identifying the resistance boundary of an adjacent locomotive command are additionally arranged on the basis of the existing device, and an analog quantity input module of the PLC acquires the resistance value of the potentiometer and converts the resistance value into a digital quantity; the digital quantity input module collects the Boolean quantity output by the identification ring, after signal processing and calculation are conducted through the CPU module, the instruction and the rotating speed pointed by a potentiometer handle are judged, and the instruction and the rotating speed are sent to a ship propulsion motor controller through CAN communication. Compared with an existing manual rotating speed control device for the ship propulsion motor, the manual rotating speed control device has the advantages of being accurate and reliable in command recognition, low in cost, compact in structure, free of calibration during batch production and replacement of potentiometer spare parts and capable of finely adjusting the rotating speed within a certain command range.

    本发明公开了一种船舶推进电机手动转速控制装置,由电位器、PLC和船舶推进电机控制器组成,在现有装置的基础上增加一个触头和一个用于识别相邻车令阻值边界的识别环,PLC的模拟量输入模块采集电位器的电阻值后转换为数字量,数字量输入模块采集识别环输出的布尔量,经过CPU模块进行信号处理和计算后,判断电位器手柄所指向的车令和转速,通过CAN通信发送至船舶推进电机控制器。与现有船舶推进电机手动转速控制装置相比,本发明具有车令识别准确可靠、成本低廉、结构紧凑、批量生产和电位器备件更换时无需校准,某一车令范围内转速可微调的优点。
