The invention provides an intelligent linear steering engine suitable for an unmanned helicopter. The intelligent linear steering engine comprises a lead screw pipe and a dual-redundancy servo motor. A thrust pipe is arranged in the lead screw pipe, and a lead screw is arranged in the thrust pipe; one end of the thrust pipe is connected with the knuckle bearing push rod through the knuckle bearing adjusting pipe, and the other end of the thrust pipe is connected with the lead screw; one end of the lead screw is connected with an angle sensor through a large straight gear, and the angle sensor is sleeved with an angle sensor cover plate. According to the invention, a dual-redundancy servo motor is adopted, the reliability of the motor is improved, and power-off self-locking and remote communication are completed through an integrated controller and an actuator in the servo motor; the straight gear is adopted for speed reduction and torque increase, the transmission efficiency is high, the reliability is good, the production cost is low, the split type lead screw shell is adopted, the shell machining difficulty is reduced, and the production cost is further reduced; a strain gauge and a rotary transformer are installed on a rear shell of the steering engine, and the load borne by the linear steering engine and the output stroke are detected and fed back to a control system in real time.

    本发明提供了一种适用于无人直升机的智能直线舵机,包括丝杠管和双余度伺服电机;所述丝杠管内设有推力管,推力管内设有丝杠;所述推力管的一端通过关节轴承调节管连接有关节轴承推杆,另一端与丝杠连接;所述丝杠的一端通过大直齿轮连接有角度传感器,在角度传感器外套接有角度传感器盖板。本发明电机采用双余度伺服电机,提高了电机可靠性,并通过伺服电机内部集成控制器与作动器完成断电自锁与远距离通讯;采用直齿轮进行减速增矩,传动效率高,可靠性好,生产成本低,采用分体式丝杠壳体,降低了壳体加工难度,进一步降低了生产成本;在舵机后壳体处安装应变片与旋转变压器,对直线舵机承受载荷以及输出行程进行检测,实时反馈给控制系统。
