The invention relates to a deepwater FPSO open type module buttress structure which comprises a module buttress top plate, a cross plate, a skirt band plate, an anti-inclination toggle plate and a soft toe end structure. The FPSO open module is connected with the module buttress top plate through the module bottom plate, and the vertical force, the horizontal force, the bending moment and the torque load are transmitted to the ship body structure. A skirt belt plate support is additionally arranged around a top plate of the module buttress, and the skirt belt plate is arranged to serve as a force transmission structure of an FPSO open type module buttress panel. The skirt belt plate is arranged to serve as a force transmission structure of the module buttress panel, a sealing plate does not need to be arranged, deck loss is reduced, construction is easy, the construction problem of a small space is avoided, defects in the construction process are avoided to the maximum extent, the strength fatigue characteristic is improved, and the construction difficulty is reduced. A reinforcing structure under the deck is reduced, and an alignment structure is reduced. The FPSO module buttress integrated structure is high in deck utilization efficiency, low in construction difficulty, low in integration difficulty and high in reliability.
本发明涉及一种深水FPSO开放式模块支墩结构,包括模块支墩顶板、十字交叉板、裙带板、防倾肘板、软趾趾端结构;FPSO开放式模块通过模块底板与模块支墩顶板连接,将垂向力、水平力、弯矩、扭矩载荷传递到船体结构;模块支墩顶板周围增加裙带板支撑,通过设置裙带板作为FPSO开放式模块支墩面板的传力结构。本发明通过设置裙带板作为模块支墩面板的传力结构,不需设置封板,减少甲板损失,施工简单,避免小小空间的施工问题,最大程度的避免了施工过程中的缺陷,强度疲劳特性提高,施工难度降低。减少了甲板下加强结构,并减少了对位结构。本发明是一种甲板利用效率高,施工难度低、集成难度低、可靠性高的FPSO模块支墩集成结构。
