The invention provides a ball-column combined pressure-resistant structure, a preparation and verification method and an underwater vehicle, the ball-column combined pressure-resistant structure comprises a plurality of spherical shells, a plurality of cylindrical shells, a plurality of reinforcing parts and a plurality of reinforcing ribs, and the spherical shells and the cylindrical shells are arranged in a staggered manner and are communicated with each other; the reinforcing part is arranged at the joint of the spherical shell and the cylindrical shell; the spherical shells and the cylindrical shells are arranged in a linear array mode, and the spherical shells are arranged at the two ends of the linear array structure. The reinforcing ribs are arranged on the inner walls of the spherical shells at the two ends of the linear array structure and located on the sides, away from the cylindrical shells, of the spherical shells. The spherical shell and the cylindrical shell are arranged to have the same wall thickness, so that the connection convenience of the spherical shell and the cylindrical shell can be ensured, the weak connection part can be avoided through the arrangement of the reinforcing part, and the structural strength can be ensured; and meanwhile, the reinforcing ribs are arranged on the inner wall of the spherical shell, so that the end position of the spherical shell can be reinforced, deformation of the end position of the spherical shell can be prevented, the overall strength of the spherical-column combined pressure-resistant structure is improved, and the application safety is guaranteed.

    本发明提出了一种球柱结合形耐压结构、制备校验方法及水下航行器,包括球壳、圆柱壳、加强部和加强筋,其中,球壳和圆柱壳间错设置有多个,球壳与圆柱壳贯通;加强部设置在球壳与圆柱壳的连接处;球壳和圆柱壳呈直线阵列设置,直线阵列结构的两端为球壳;加强筋设置在直线阵列结构两端球壳的内壁上,且加强筋位于球壳远离圆柱壳的一侧;通过将球壳和圆柱壳设置为同壁厚,这可保证球壳和圆柱壳连接的便利性,加强部的设置,可避免连接处薄弱,有利于保证结构强度;同时在球壳的内壁上设置有加强筋,其可对球壳的端部位置进行加强,可防止球壳的端部位置发生形变,提高了本球柱结合形耐压结构的整体强度,有利于保证应用的安全性。
