The embodiment of the invention discloses a damping type rear derailleur and a bicycle, the damping type rear derailleur comprises a base component, an actuating component, a movable component and a chain guide component, the movable component comprises a one-way bearing, a P joint seat and a main shaft, and the one-way bearing comprises a core shaft, a rolling piece and an external assembly which are sequentially connected from inside to outside; the main shaft is fixedly connected with one end of the chain guide component, and is fixedly connected with an external assembly after penetrating through the P joint seat; when the main shaft rotates in the first direction, friction force is not generated between the rolling piece and the core shaft, and when the main shaft rotates in the second direction, friction force is generated between the rolling piece and the core shaft. According to the embodiment of the invention, the purpose of one-way damping of the rear derailleur is realized, so that the chain cannot generate unexpected looseness, and the practicability and applicability of the rear derailleur are greatly improved.

    本发明实施例公开了一种阻尼式后拨链器及自行车,阻尼式后拨链器包括基座构件、致动构件、可动构件、链条导向构件,可动构件包括单向轴承、P关节座和主轴,单向轴承包括依由内至外依次连接的芯轴、滚动件和外部组件;主轴与链条导向构件的一端固定连接,并在穿设于P关节座后与外部组件固定连接;其中,主轴沿第一方向旋转时,所述滚动件不与所述芯轴产生摩擦力,所述主轴沿第二方向旋转时,所述滚动件与所述芯轴产生摩擦力。本发明实施例实现了后拨链器的单向阻尼的目的,使得链条不会产生不期望的松弛,大大的提高了后拨链器的实用性和适用性。
