The invention relates to an integrated insulating rigid overhead line system cantilever. An existing cantilever structure has the problems that the types of parts are complex, the number of connecting pieces is large, and looseness is prone to occurring. The device comprises a plane bearing, an integrally formed insulating rod and a connecting flange, the plane bearing is horizontally arranged and rotates in a horizontal plane, the plane bearing is upwards connected to the tunnel top, and the plane bearing is downwards connected with the integrally formed insulating rod; the integrally-formed insulating rod is an integrally-formed rod body made of insulating materials and comprises a vertical part and an inclined part, the top of the vertical part is connected to the plane bearing, and the bottom of the inclined part is connected to the connecting flange. The connector is integrally formed by adopting an insulating material, so that the types and the number of connecting pieces are greatly reduced on the premise of ensuring the insulating capability, and the loosening risk of parts is reduced; besides, the structure still has necessary degree of freedom in the state that the whole structure cannot be detached, the degree of freedom requirement of the rigid overhead line system cantilever is met, and the structure can adapt to the length change of the busbar.

    本发明涉及一种一体化绝缘刚性接触网腕臂。现有腕臂结构存在零部件种类复杂、连接件多、容易松动的问题。本发明包括平面轴承、整体成型绝缘杆和连接法兰;所述平面轴承水平设置并在水平面内转动,所述平面轴承向上连接到隧道顶,向下与整体成型绝缘杆连接;所述整体成型绝缘杆为绝缘材料一体成型杆体,包括竖直部和斜向部,所述竖直部的顶部连接到所述平面轴承,所述斜向部的底部连接到连接法兰。本发明采用绝缘材料整体成型,在保障绝缘能力的前提下,大幅减少了连接件的种类和数量,降低零部件松动风险;另外,本发明的结构在整体不可拆分的状态下,依然具有必要的自由度,满足了刚性接触网腕臂的自由度需求,可适应汇流排长度变化。
