The invention provides a charging locking device. The charging locking device comprises a shell; the locking rod has a locking state in which the locking rod extends out of the shell and an unlocking state in which the locking rod is retracted into the shell; the electric locking assembly comprises a motor and a driving mechanism, and the motor controls a locking rod to be in a locking state or an unlocking state; and the manual unlocking assembly comprises an operating part and an unlocking part, the operating part can move between a first position and a second position, the unlocking part is in clutch fit with the driving mechanism, and the operating part moves from the first position to the second position to control the locking rod to be in an unlocking state. The operation part does not move in the first position due to the action from the locking rod to the locking state or the unlocking state; and the electric control assembly comprises a main control board and an electric connecting piece, the electric connecting piece moves along with the locking rod, and different feedback signals are achieved by making contact with different areas on the main control board. The charging locking device is simple in structure, locking and unlocking are automatically controlled, signals are fed back, and meanwhile the charging locking device has the manual clutch unlocking function. The invention also provides a charging device.

    本发明提供一种充电锁止装置,包括壳体;锁止杆,具有伸出壳体的锁止状态及收入壳体的解锁状态;电动锁止组件,包括电机及驱动机构,电机控制锁止杆至锁止状态或解锁状态;以及,手动解锁组件,包括操作件,包括操作部解锁部,操作部能够在第一位置及第二位置之间运动,解锁部与驱动机构离合配合,操作部由第一位置运动至第二位置而控制锁止杆至解锁状态,操作部在第一位置不受锁止杆至锁止状态或解锁状态的动作而运动;以及电控组件,包括主控板及电连接件,电连接件跟随锁止杆运动,通过接触主控板上不同区域实现不同的反馈信号。该充电锁止装置结构简单,自动控制锁止及解锁并反馈信号,同时具有手动离合解锁功能。本发明还提供了一种充电设备。
