The invention relates to a balanced suspension capable of actively adjusting the height of a vehicle body, which comprises a balanced bracket, a front trailing arm, a front wheel connecting piece, a front buffering and damping piece, a rear trailing arm, a rear wheel connecting piece and a rear buffering and damping piece, the balanced bracket is hinged with the vehicle body through a supporting shaft, and the rear end of the front trailing arm is hinged with the front lower end of the balanced bracket through a first front pin shaft; the front wheel connecting piece is fixed to the front end of the front trailing arm, the upper end of the front buffering and damping piece is hinged to the upper front end of the balance support through a second front pin shaft, the lower end of the front buffering and damping piece is hinged to the middle of the front trailing arm through a third front pin shaft, and the front end of the rear trailing arm is hinged to the lower rear end of the balance support through a first rear pin shaft. The rear wheel connecting piece is fixed to the rear end of the rear longitudinal arm, the upper end of the front buffering and damping piece is hinged to the rear upper end of the balance support through a second rear pin shaft, and the lower end of the rear buffering and damping piece is hinged to the middle of the rear longitudinal arm through a third rear pin shaft.
