The invention provides a communication fault processing system and method and an automobile, and the system comprises a plurality of sampling modules, every two adjacent sampling modules are electrically connected, and each sampling module is connected with a battery module; the bridging module is electrically connected to the two sampling modules on the outermost side to form a daisy chain communication structure; the processing module is electrically connected to the bridging module; wherein the processing module is used for judging whether the daisy chain communication structure has a communication fault or not based on a communication signal of the sampling module; if the daisy chain communication structure does not have the communication fault, the processing module is used for sending an acquisition instruction to the daisy chain communication structure so as to acquire state parameters of each battery module; and if the daisy chain communication structure has a communication fault, the processing module is also used for resetting the daisy chain communication structure. The method is convenient to operate, can be used for solving the communication fault of the sampling chip in the battery management system, and improves the robustness of the system.
