The cleaning device comprises an unmanned flight unit, a water spraying unit for spraying clean water to a to-be-cleaned assembly and an ultrasonic unit for emitting ultrasonic waves to the to-be-cleaned assembly, the thermal image acquisition unit is used for acquiring a thermal image of the to-be-cleaned assembly, and the analysis module determines whether a feature area exists on the surface of the to-be-cleaned assembly or not based on the shape of pollutants in the thermal image. According to the method, the removal difficulty characterization value is calculated based on the brightness and area of the feature region in the thermal image, the pollution state of the to-be-cleaned assembly is divided, local cleaning is conducted on the pollutants difficult to remove on the photovoltaic assembly through the process, the method is suitable for cleaning in a large site, and the removal efficiency of the pollutants difficult to remove on the photovoltaic assembly is improved.

    本发明涉及光伏发电技术领域,尤其涉及一种大型光伏电站高效循环组件清洗系统,本发明通过设置清洗装置、热图像采集单元、分析模块以及清洗控制模块,清洗装置包括无人飞行单元、对待清洗组件喷射清水的喷水单元以及对待清洗组件发射超声波的超声单元,热图像采集单元用以获取待清洗组件的热图像,分析模块基于热图像中污染物的形状确定待清洗组件表面是否存在特征区域,基于热图像中特征区域的亮度以及面积计算去除难易表征值,划分待清洗组件的污染状态,通过上述过程对光伏组件上难去除污染物进行局部清洗,适用于大场地内的清洗,提高了对光伏组件上难去除污染物的去除效率。
