The invention belongs to the technical field of traffic control, and discloses an urban traffic control optimization method based on adaptive dynamic programming. According to the method, the optimized boundary control law can be calculated without knowing parameters of a macroscopic fundamental diagram traffic model, and the continuity and stability of the input control quantity can be ensured. Establishing an urban macroscopic traffic network model, and obtaining the number of vehicles in each region; designing a target function; iteration is carried out in a strategy iteration mode; and introducing a neural network for solving. According to the method, boundary control is carried out on the macroscopic traffic flow in a data driving mode, information in input and output data of a macroscopic fundamental diagram traffic system is fully utilized, and meanwhile, the boundary control quantity of the macroscopic traffic flow is limited; therefore, by adding the saturator into the value function, it can be ensured that the control input quantity obtained through iterative solution is bounded. Compared with a traditional nonlinear model predictive control method, the method has the advantage that the total traffic time index of the vehicle is greatly improved.
本发明属于交通控制技术领域,公开了一种基于自适应动态规划的城市交通控制优化方法。该方法无需已知宏观基本图交通模型的参数,就可以计算出优化的边界控制律,并且能够保证控制输入控制量的连续稳定。建立城市宏观交通网络模型,获取各区域的车辆数;设计目标函数;采用策略迭代的方式迭代;引入神经网络求解。本发明利用采用数据驱动的方式对宏观交通流进行边界控制,充分利用宏观基本图交通系统的输入输出数据中的信息,同时由于宏观交通流的边界控制量是受限的,所以在价值函数里加入饱和器可以保证迭代求解得到的控制输入量是有界的。本发明相较于传统的非线性模型预测控制方法,对车辆总交通时间指标有了较大幅度的提升。
