The mounting and positioning method of the swing table comprises the following steps: arranging universal measuring points on the side wall of a pit, establishing a first coordinate system, and then measuring the positions of the universal measuring points in the first coordinate system outside the pit; then measuring the position of the general measurement point in the pit, and establishing a second coordinate system according to a measurement result; in the establishment process of the two coordinate systems, measurement points need to be used, and due to the fact that universal measurement points which can be detected at the pit top and the pit bottom are arranged, the measurement points can be detected at the pit bottom in the establishment process of the first coordinate system and the second coordinate system. The positions of the universal measuring points in the first coordinate system and the second coordinate system are the same, so that the established second coordinate system is equal to the first coordinate system, and the problem that in the prior art, two sets of coordinate systems need to be established in the installation process of the swing table, and errors exist in installation point measurement due to the fact that the two sets of coordinate systems are different is solved.
