The high-strength corbel beam comprises, by weight, 3.4%-3.7% of C, 2.5%-2.7% of Si, 0.1%-0.3% of Mn, smaller than or equal to 0.04% of P, smaller than or equal to 0.02% of S, 0.04%-0.06% of Mg, 0.6%-1.0% of Cu and the balance Fe and inevitable impurities. Compared with the prior art that a cast steel material is adopted to prepare the corbel beam, the corbel beam has the advantages that the fatigue performance is high, the density is low, the casting process performance is good, the weight is continuously reduced by 7-9 Kg/piece on the basis of an existing light-weight cast steel corbel beam, and the purposes of reducing the weight and cost of the corbel beam are achieved while the reliability of the corbel beam is met. In addition, the invention further provides a preparation method of the high-strength corbel beam.
