The invention discloses a crane track detection device which comprises a sliding frame, an image collector, a central processor and a light conversion assembly, the sliding frame is arranged on a track in a sliding mode and connected with a lifting frame of a crane trolley, and a detection assembly is arranged in the sliding frame and used for detecting whether defects exist on the surface of the track or not in real time. The number of the detection assemblies is multiple, each detection assembly is connected with one laser emitter, the two ends of the track are each fixedly provided with one photosensitive receiving plate, laser emitted by the laser emitters irradiates the photosensitive receiving plates, and the light conversion assembly is used for converting the laser emitted by the laser emitters. A laser point location map received by the photosensitive receiving plate is collected by the image collector and transmitted to the central processor, and the central processor visually feeds back the processed laser point location map to a worker. The crane track defect condition can be monitored and accurately obtained in real time, and stable and safe operation of a crane is guaranteed.

    本发明公开一种起重机轨道检测装置,包括滑动架、图像采集器、中心处理器、光线转换组件,滑动架滑动设置在轨道上,滑动架与起重机小车的吊装架连接,检测组件设置在滑动架内,检测组件用于实时检测轨道表面是否存在缺陷,检测组件设置有多个,每一个检测组件与一个激光发射器连接,轨道两端各固定设置一个光敏接收板,激光发射器发射的激光照射到光敏接收板上,光线转换组件用于转换激光发射器发射的激光,光敏接收板接收的激光点位图通过图像采集器采集并传输给中心处理器,中心处理器将处理后的激光点位图直观反馈给工作人员。该发明能够实时监测和准确获知起重机轨道缺陷情况,保证起重机稳定安全的运行。
