The monorail hoist capable of accurately controlling and adjusting the clamping force comprises a driving hoisting structure serving as a foundation, an accurate control clamping structure is arranged below the driving hoisting structure, and the driving hoisting structure comprises a driving body serving as the foundation; driving wheels and a driving motor which facilitate driving adjustment on the driving body and the hanger rail are arranged on the driving body through a bearing frame, meanwhile, a detection wheel for detecting the running speed of the driving body is arranged between the driving wheels, electromagnetic rollers are arranged on the two sides of the driving body through a mounting frame, and a mounting body is arranged on the electromagnetic rollers through the lower portion of the driving body; and meanwhile, auxiliary supporting wheels are arranged on the two sides of the mounting body through another mounting frame, a through hole piece facilitating movable arrangement of one end of the shear shank is arranged below the mounting body, and the other end of the shear shank is connected with an adjusting cylinder through another through hole piece. And the running speed of the driving body is detected in real time through the arranged detection wheel.

    本发明公开了一种可对夹紧力精准控制调节的单轨吊车,包括有作为基础的驱动吊装结构,所述驱动吊装结构下方设有精准控制夹持结构,所述驱动吊装结构包括有作为基础设置的驱动体,且驱动体上通过轴承架设有方便驱动体与吊轨上驱动调节的驱动轮和驱动电机,同时驱动轮之间设有对驱动体运行速度检测的检测轮,所述驱动体两侧通过安装架设有电磁辊轮,且电磁辊轮通过驱动体下方设有安装体,同时安装体两侧同样通过另一安装架设有辅助支撑轮,所述安装体下方设有方便剪刀架一端活动设置通孔件,且剪刀架另一端通过另一通孔件与调节筒连接设置,该一种可对夹紧力精准控制调节的单轨吊车,通过设置的检测轮从而对驱动体运行速度实时检测效果。
