The invention discloses an automatic loading, unloading and stacking method for weight blocks in a shaft of a vertical shaft gravity energy storage system, which comprises a weight block with a convex structure and an automatic lifting appliance which are matched and locked through a linear clamping groove in the surface of the weight block; and the automatic lifting appliance falls down to be in contact with the upper surface of the weight block, and a linear rotating pin at the bottom of the lifting appliance penetrates through a linear clamping groove in the surface of the weight block. A proximity sensor located at the bottom of the automatic lifting appliance sends a contact signal, a motor in the center of the automatic lifting appliance rotates to drive four linear rotating pins at the bottom of the lifting appliance to rotate, and matching and locking of the lifting appliance and a weight block are completed; according to the structure, mechanical cooperation between devices and a simple sensor technology are utilized, manual participation in hoisting of heavy blocks is avoided, and the safety and the automation degree of the system are improved. The descending condition of the heavy objects stacked in the vertical shaft is considered at the same time, the lifting appliance and the heavy objects are controlled to decelerate in advance through recognition of the automatic lifting appliance on the heavy objects stacked at the bottom of the shaft, and damage to the heavy objects due to collision is avoided.

    本发明公开一种竖井重力储能系统井内重物块自动装卸及堆叠方法,包括一个凸型结构重物块和一台自动吊具,通过重物块表面的一字卡槽进行配合锁定;自动吊具下落直至与重物块上表面接触,吊具底部的一字转销穿过重物块表面的一字卡槽。位于自动吊具底部的接近传感器发送接触信号,自动吊具中心处的电机旋转,带动吊具底部的四个一字转销旋转,完成吊具与重物块的配合和锁定;该结构利用装置间的机械配合和简易传感器技术,避免人工参与重物块的吊装,提高了系统安全性和自动化程度。本发明同时考虑重物在竖井内堆叠的重物下放情况,通过自动吊具对井底堆放重物的识别,控制吊具及重物提前减速,避免冲撞磕碰对重物造成损坏。
