The invention relates to a liquid-gas phase change ballast water blow-off system adopting waste heat recovery and an operation method, a liquid nitrogen storage tank and a gasification heat exchanger are distributed in a pressure-resistant cabin at intervals, and a first electric valve and a first pressure transmitter are arranged on the liquid nitrogen storage tank; a second electric valve, a booster pump, a first one-way valve and a third electric valve are sequentially connected to the bottom of the liquid nitrogen storage tank in series through pipelines, the third electric valve is connected to the bottom of the gasification heat exchanger through a pipeline, and a fourth electric valve is further arranged at one end of the gasification heat exchanger. The composite material gas cylinder is connected with the water ballast space of the port and the water ballast space of the starboard through two parallel pipelines. Nitrogen is adopted as a working medium, waste heat of a deep sea working platform cooling system is fully utilized, the ballast water blowing function is achieved, the size and weight of the system are reduced, the leakage risk is reduced, and the supply efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及一种采用余热回收的液气相变压载水吹除系统及操作方法,耐压舱内部间隔分布有液氮储罐和气化换热器,液氮储罐上设置有一号电动阀和一号压力变送器,液氮储罐底部通过管路依次串联有二号电动阀、增压泵、一号单向阀和三号电动阀,三号电动阀通过管路连接至气化换热器底部,气化换热器的一端还设置有四号电动阀,气化换热器顶部通过管路伸出耐压舱,并连接复合材料气瓶,复合材料气瓶通过两根并联管路分别连接左舷的压载水舱和右舷的压载水舱。采用氮气作为工作介质,充分利用深海作业平台冷却系统的余热,实现压载水吹除的功能,减小了系统的体积、重量,降低了泄漏风险,且提高了补给效率。
