The invention discloses a stabilization gyro device for a pyramid-shaped ship. The stabilization gyro device comprises a pyramid-shaped outer frame support, four gyro devices, four servo damping devices and four damping devices. The outer frame support can be installed at any position in a ship body in cooperation with bolts and a base. Four bearing holes are formed in the top end of the frame and fixedly connected with outer rings of bearings; one end of the gyroscope device is fixedly connected with the bearing inner ring, the gyroscope device is perpendicular to the axis of the frame bearing, and the included angle between the axis where the bearing is located and the vertical direction is 50 degrees; the damping device is connected with the other end of the gyroscope device through a coupler, and a device rotating shaft coincides with the axis of a frame bearing and is fixedly connected with an outer frame support through a bottom support and bolts. According to the design of the pyramid structure, enough angular momentum can be guaranteed, meanwhile, the problem that the direction of moment generated by other kinds of gyroscopes is single is solved, application is more flexible, the four gyroscope devices act together, the performance requirements for parts such as a bearing and a motor of a single gyroscope are reduced, and the effect of reducing cost is achieved.
本发明公开一种金字塔构型船用减摇陀螺装置,包括金字塔型外框支架、四台陀螺装置、四台伺服阻尼装置和四个阻尼装置。外框支架配合螺栓和底座可以安装于船体内部任何位置;框架顶端有四个轴承孔与轴承的外圈固连;陀螺装置的其中一端与轴承内圈固连,陀螺装置与框架轴承的轴线垂直,轴承所在轴线与竖直方向夹角为50°;阻尼装置通过联轴器与陀螺装置的另一端相连,装置旋转轴与框架轴承的轴线重合,通过底部的支架和螺栓与外框支架固连在一起。金字塔构型的设计能在保证足够的角动量的同时,克服其它种类陀螺产生力矩方向单一的问题,应用更加灵活,且四个陀螺装置共同作用,减小了对单个陀螺的轴承、电机等部件的性能要求,起到降低成本的作用。
