The air exhaust device comprises a shell which is provided with an air inlet communicating with the interior of a carriage and an air exhaust port communicating with the outside; the first exhaust assembly comprises a pressure wave air door arranged at the air inlet and a fan communicated with the air inlet; the second air exhaust assembly comprises a one-way air exhaust plate, a resistance part and a limiting part, the one-way air exhaust plate is rotationally arranged on the shell, and the one-way air exhaust plate and an air outlet of the fan are oppositely arranged; wherein the pressure wave air door and the fan have an opening state and a closing state, in the opening state, the airflow force of the air outlet of the fan is larger than the closing force provided by the resistance part, and the one-way exhaust plate is opened, so that the internal airflow is exhausted from the exhaust outlet; and in the closed state, the resistance piece provides closing force for the one-way exhaust plate, so that the one-way exhaust plate is closed, external airflow is prevented from entering from the exhaust outlet, and when the one-way exhaust plate is in the closed state, the side, close to the draught fan, of the one-way exhaust plate abuts against the limiting piece.
