The invention relates to the technical field of batteries, in particular to a battery temperature early warning method in the charging process of a battery swap station. Collecting temperature data of the battery under the current charging working condition in real time; whether the temperature data meet a first judgment condition and a second judgment condition or not is judged, if yes, it is judged that the battery is slightly short-circuited, and temperature early warning is output; when the difference value between the highest temperature and the lowest temperature of the battery under the current charging working condition is larger than a temperature difference reference value and the temperature rise rate is larger than a temperature rise rate reference value, it is considered that the judgment condition I is met; and when the position of the battery changes at the maximum temperature under the current charging working condition, it is considered that the judgment condition II is met. According to the method, the micro-short circuit phenomenon of the battery can be found in at least one charging cycle, so that early warning can be performed in time, and the method does not have a leak detection phenomenon, does not depend on a threshold value set in a laboratory and is high in detection accuracy.

    本发明涉及电池技术领域,具体涉及一种换电站充电过程中电池温度预警方法。实时采集电池在当前充电工况下的温度数据;判断所述温度数据是否满足判断条件一和判断条件二,若同时满足,则判断电池微短路,输出温度预警;当电池在当前充电工况下的最高温度与最低温度的差值大于温度差基准值,且温度上升速率大于温升速率基准值,则认为满足所述判断条件一;当电池在当前充电工况下最大温度出现位置发生变化,则认为满足所述判断条件二。能至少在一个充电循环中发现电池微短路现象,从而及时预警,且该方法不会出现漏检现象,且不依赖于实验室设定的阈值,其检测准确性高。
