The invention provides a cabin personnel thermal sensation evaluation method and system based on infrared thermal imaging. The cabin personnel thermal sensation evaluation method comprises the steps that S1, the temperature of an imaging area, the solar radiation intensity in a vehicle cabin and the air temperature of a breathing area of passengers in the vehicle are collected in real time; s2, extracting the temperature of a cheek area in the thermal imaging, and carrying out denoising processing to obtain a cheek skin temperature signal; s3, the air temperature, the solar radiation intensity and the cheek skin temperature are transmitted to a cabin thermal sensation calculation model, and a thermal sensation level is obtained through calculation; and S4, generating a corresponding air conditioner temperature adjusting instruction according to the heat feeling grade of the passenger in the vehicle, transmitting the instruction to a microcontroller, and sending the instruction to a cabin air conditioner main controller by the microcontroller to adjust the set point of the air conditioner. According to the method, the skin temperature of a single part is adopted to evaluate the thermal sensation, the method is simple and portable, the multi-node skin temperature does not need to serve as input, and the accuracy is high.

    本发明提供了一种基于红外热成像的座舱人员热感觉评价方法及系统,包括:步骤S1:实时采集成像区域温度、车舱内的太阳辐射强度以及车内乘员呼吸区空气温度;步骤S2:提取热成像中的脸颊区域温度,并进行去噪处理,获取脸颊皮肤温度信号;步骤S3:通过将空气温度、太阳辐射强度以及脸颊皮肤温度传输至车舱热感觉计算模型中,计算得到热感觉等级;步骤S4:根据车内乘员热感觉等级,生成相应的空调调温指令传输给微控制器,微控制器发送指令至座舱空调主控制器,进行空调的设定点调整。本发明通过采用单一部位的皮温评价热感觉,简单便携,不需要多节点的皮肤温度作为输入,并且具有较高的准确度。
