The invention discloses an urban road whistling noise snapshot system which comprises a sonar system, a license plate snapshot recognition system and a background law enforcement linkage system. The sonar system comprises a positioning subsystem, the positioning subsystem comprises a sound acquisition module and a cloud processing module, the sound acquisition module acquires sound signals at different positions by using a distributed microphone array, and the system realizes time synchronization among microphones by using a GNSS synchronous clock. The method comprises the following steps of: framing collected sound signals according to seconds, stamping a timestamp by using the currently read GNSS time, calibrating a local clock per second by using the time service precision of 10 ns magnitude of a GNSS clock, and realizing the synchronization precision of 10 # imgabs0 # magnitude by using a conventional crystal oscillator, so that the requirement of synchronously collecting the sound signals is completely met. According to the method, the whistling sound in different motion states can be effectively positioned, and the requirements on the accuracy and the real-time performance of whistling sound positioning can be well met.
本发明公开了一种城市道路鸣笛噪声抓拍系统,包括:声呐系统、车牌抓拍识别系统和后台执法联动系统三大系统;所述声呐系统包括定位子系统,且定位子系统包括声音采集模块和云端处理模块两部分,所述声音采集模块利用分布式传声器阵列获取不同位置的声音信号,且该系统利用GNSS同步时钟来实现传声器间的时间同步,将采集的声音信号按秒组帧并用当前读取的GNSS时间打时间戳,利用GNSS时钟10 ns量级的授时精度,每秒对本地时钟进行校准,利用常规晶振实现10#imgabs0#量级的同步精度,完全满足声音信号同步采集的要求。本发明能够有效地对不同运动状态的鸣笛声进行定位,可以较好地满足对鸣笛声定位的精度及实时性要求。
