The stall self-locking device for the crane comprises a workbench, supporting plates are symmetrically and fixedly arranged at the top of the workbench, a driving shaft is rotationally arranged between the two supporting plates, and one end of the driving shaft penetrates through one supporting plate and is fixedly provided with a power generation magnet; a plurality of power generation coils are distributed on the outer side of the power generation magnet in an annular array mode, a first brake mechanism is arranged at one end of the driving shaft, a second brake mechanism is arranged at the other end of the driving shaft, a driving roller is fixedly arranged outside the driving shaft, and a steel wire rope is wound outside the driving roller. A third brake mechanism for braking the steel wire rope is fixedly arranged at the top of the workbench; the problems that in the prior art, although the steel wire rope can be protected to a certain degree, if faults occur in the working process of the crane, the steel wire rope stalls, heavy objects are prone to being damaged, even personnel are injured and the like are solved.

    本发明涉及一种起重机用失速自锁装置,包括工作台,所述工作台的顶部对称固定设置有支撑板,两个支撑板之间转动设置有驱动轴,驱动轴的一端贯穿其中一个支撑板且固定设置有发电磁铁,发电磁铁的外侧环形阵列分布有若干发电线圈,驱动轴的一端设置有第一制动机构,驱动轴的另一端设置有第二制动机构,驱动轴的外部固定设置有驱动辊,驱动辊的外部缠绕设置有钢丝绳,工作台的顶部固定设置有对钢丝绳进行制动的第三制动机构;解决了现有技术中,虽然可以实现对钢丝绳一定程度的保护,但是在起重机工作过程中如果产生故障导致钢丝绳产生失速,容易造成重物损坏甚至导致人员受伤等问题。
