The invention discloses a hanging bracket and a hoisting method. The hanging bracket comprises a hanging bracket body, a mounting seat assembly and an adjusting assembly, the upper portion of the hanging bracket body is connected with the mounting seat assembly, the first end of the adjusting assembly is rotationally connected with the mounting seat assembly, and a hanging point is formed at the second end of the adjusting assembly; the adjusting assembly rotates and/or deforms to adjust the position of the second end. According to the hanging bracket, the position of the hanging point can be conveniently adjusted through the adjusting assembly, so that the hanging point and the mass center of an object to be hung are located on the same vertical line, and stable hanging is guaranteed. Wherein the position of the lifting point in the first direction can be adjusted through rotation of the adjusting assembly, the position of the lifting point in the second direction can be adjusted through deformation of the adjusting assembly, and the position of the lifting point can be accurately adjusted conveniently. The adjusting assembly adjusts the position of the lifting point in a rotating or deforming mode without changing the length of the steel wire rope, control is convenient, and work is reliable.
