The invention discloses a life buoy for offshore operation, and relates to the technical field of life buoys. When a traditional life buoy for offshore operation is arranged on the body in a sleeving mode, a stable and impact-resistant buoyancy carrier cannot be provided; the device comprises an outer ring buoyancy body, the inner side of the outer ring buoyancy body is connected with an inner ring buoyancy body through two arc-shaped connecting frames, the outer ring buoyancy body is fixedly connected with the connecting frames, and the inner ring buoyancy body is arranged in second positioning rings symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the connecting frames in a penetrating mode. The inner ring buoyancy body between the adjacent ends of the two connecting frames is a bent section which is inwards concave towards the circle center; the elastic rope loop is arranged between the connecting frame and the inner-ring buoyancy body in a penetrating mode, the elastic rope loop between the bent section and the outer-ring buoyancy body can extend and deform towards one side of the outer-ring buoyancy body under treading of the feet of a person so that the gravity center can be lowered, and meanwhile the section, between the two second positioning rings, of the inner-ring buoyancy body is driven to contract towards the circle center so that the front portion and the rear portion of the chest can be clamped; and the combination stability and the supporting safety of the life buoy for offshore operation and the body are improved.
