In order to achieve optimized shaft orientation and as high as possible efficiency while having a compact design, the invention proposes that a drive wheel (56), which is rotationally fixed to the motor shaft (55), is in direct transmission engagement with an output wheel (57), which is rotationally fixed to the spindle nut (52) or the threaded spindle (51).
