The invention discloses a power source fault detection device for an oil-electricity dual-drive ship, and the device is characterized in that the inner circumference of a synchronous moving ring sleeves a rotating shaft of a propulsion motor, and the synchronous moving ring and the rotating shaft synchronously move in the axial direction and the radial direction; the inner side end of the vibration detection mechanism elastically abuts against the periphery of the synchronous moving ring, and the outer side end of the vibration detection mechanism is limited to be axially and movably installed on a shell of the propulsion motor. Wherein a first inductosyn is installed at the movable end, opposite to the vibration detection mechanism, of the synchronous moving ring, and a second inductosyn is installed at the movable end, opposite to the shell, of the vibration detection mechanism. Through the detection device, the radial and axial vibration quantities of the rotating shaft of the propulsion motor can be directly and effectively monitored, abnormal vibration quantities can be found in time, then early warning can be given out, the propulsion motor is prevented from running in a high-energy-consumption state, and meanwhile faults of the propulsion motor can be effectively avoided.

    本发明公开一种油电双驱动船舶的动力源故障检测装置,同步移动环内周套设在推进电机的转轴上,所述同步移动环与所述转轴在轴向和径向方向同步移动;振动检测机构内侧端弹性抵触在所述同步移动环的外周,所述振动检测机构的外侧端被限制轴向活动安装在所述推进电机的壳体上;其中,所述同步移动环与振动检测机构的相对活动端上安装有第一感应同步器,所述振动检测机构与所述壳体的相对活动端上安装有第二感应同步器。本发明通过检测装置直接可以对推进电机的转轴径向和轴向的振动量进行有效监测,可以及时发现振动量异常,进而可以发出预警,避免推进电机运行在高耗能状态,同时,可以有效避免推进电机的故障发生。
