The invention relates to an intelligent cleaning device for a water surface layer under a hydrodynamic condition. The intelligent cleaning device comprises a floating bottom plate, a storage cavity, a triangular supporting frame, an adjusting opening, a conveying belt, a rotating shaft, a conveying belt cross beam, an electric control telescopic rod, an intelligent control host, an intelligent control propeller, a top sensor, a bottom sensor and a weight sensor. The invention further relates to an intelligent cleaning method. The method comprises the steps that hydrological information of a water area to be cleaned is collected; obtaining water body hydrodynamic characteristics of the to-be-cleaned water area; obtaining a water body easily-detained area; generating a water map; obtaining a route plan; determining the moving direction of the next step; the conveying belt descends to the adjusting opening; and the to-be-collected objects are conveyed into the storage cavity. The method is not limited and restrained by water body forms; the device adapts to different water surface garbage; multivariate path collection is realized, and the collection efficiency is greatly improved; in the later use process and the maintenance process, equipment replacement can be accurately carried out only by finding out components with problems; the secondary pollution of the water body is prevented.
本发明涉及水动力条件下的水体表层智能清洁装置,包含浮动底板、存储腔、三角支撑架、调节口、传送带、转动轴、传送带横梁、电控伸缩杆、智控主机、智控旋桨、顶部传感器、底部传感器、重量传感器。本发明还涉及智能清洁方法,包含步骤:采集待清洁水域的水文信息;得到待清洁水域的水体水动力特性;得到水体易滞留区域;生成水体地图;得到线路规划;确定下一步的移动方向;传送带下降至调节口处;将待收集物传送进存储腔。本发明不受水体形态限制与约束;适应不同水面垃圾;实现多元路径收集,大幅度提升收集效率;在后期使用过程维护过程中,仅需找到出问题的元件,便可精准地进行设备更换;防止水体的二次污染。
