The recoverable impact-resistant skin structure comprises a plurality of pyramid-shaped lattice structure unit cells which are transversely arranged and connected, and each pyramid-shaped lattice structure unit cell comprises two panels and a pyramid-shaped lattice sandwich structure clamped between the two panels. The pyramid-shaped lattice sandwich structure comprises structural layers and deformation layers clamped between the structural layers, and the deformation layers are made of shape memory alloy materials. The structural layer or the deformation layer is composed of pyramid-shaped units, and each pyramid-shaped unit is composed of four ribs. The structure layer and the deformation layer are combined to form pyramid-shaped lattice structure unit cells made of heterogeneous materials, so that the aircraft skin structure has the deformation restorable capacity and the impact resistance capacity, the dynamic response effect during impact is achieved, and when the impact energy is small, the panel and the structure layer generate elastic deformation to absorb the energy; and along with the increase of impact energy, the deformation layer generates plastic deformation, the energy is further absorbed, and material-structure-function integration is achieved.

    本发明提出了一种可恢复的抗冲击蒙皮结构,包括若干横向排列连接的金字塔型点阵结构单胞,金字塔型点阵结构单胞包括两个面板以及夹于两个面板之间的金字塔型点阵夹芯结构,金字塔型点阵夹芯结构包括结构层和夹于结构层之间的变形层,变形层采用形状记忆合金材料。结构层或变形层由金字塔型单元构成,金字塔型单元由四根肋条组成。通过结构层与变形层相结合,形成异质材料的金字塔型点阵结构单胞,使得飞行器蒙皮结构既具有可恢复变形能力,又具有抗冲击能力,实现受冲击时的动态响应效果,当冲击能量较小时,面板和结构层产生弹性变形吸收能量;随着冲击能量增加,变形层产生塑性变形,进一步吸收能量,实现材料-结构-功能一体化。
